Wade earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Washington in 1990, and after three years of service as an officer in the Army, he attended law school at Regent University Law School in Virginia, graduating in 1996.

Wade currently serves on the Executive Committee for the Washington State Bar Association Criminal Law Section, and is a Patron Member of Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, where he also holds a seat on its Board of Governors. In the past he has served on the Washington State Bar Legal Services to Armed Forces Committee and the Editorial Advisory Board for the bar association newsletter, De Novo.

He also served 8 years on the Civil Service Commission for the City of Centralia and is a past school board member for Centralia Christian School. He is a life member of the on the Veteran’s Memorial Museum in Chehalis and has served on its board of directors as well. Wade is the founder of the Napavine High School Scholarship Foundation and continues to serve on its board of directors. He is a member and a past-president of the Twin Cities Rotary Club and served on the club’s board of directors for several years. A hard-nosed litigator, Wade limits his practice to criminal defense, representing a wide-variety of cases, including DUI, Felonies, and Domestic Violence. His practice takes him to courts throughout western Washington.
